The space
The property is newly renovated, with bi-fold doors, underfloor heating, full equipped kitchen and air-conditioning, for those warm nights.

You will also have access to a private patio space, for alfresco dining, you will have a gas bbq and table tennis table for your use.

At the bottom of the property, we have a smallholding which contains bees, some rare breed sheep and retired battery hens, so there is the chance for some freshly laid eggs for your morning breakfast. The hens are retired, so eggs are not always guaranteed.

You will have access to this area and are welcome to feed the sheep/chickens.

You will have access to the entire property during your stay, including the Barn conversion and the sectioned off private patio courtyard area.

Access is through electric gates and over the cattle grid, the access into the coutyyard is shared with us however we're respectful of your privacy.
Additional notes
In the next courtyard along we do have a couple of Labradoodles, Mollie and Winnie, they will not have direct access to you however they like to make themselves known from time to time. We also have a cat, Marley who may try and sneak into your space, he's friendly when in a good mood.
Neighborhood overview
The village of North Stoke is set in a countryside setting on the outer edges of Bath. Boasting panoramic views of Bristol, and wonderful sunsets. Near by, you'll benefit from country bistro pubs like The Swan at Swineford and The Crown at Kelston. Additionally, we're a 20 minute walk away from the nearby village of Upton Cheyney.

A short, 10 minute walk away is Kelston Roundhill, Kelston Roundhill is a beautiful hillside walk with spectacular views over Bath and Bristol. On a clear day, you might be able to see the Severn bridges, across to Wales, the Wiltshire Downs and the Mendip Hills.

Nearby Bath (10 min drive) you will have access to the fanastic Roman Baths, The Bath Spa and some great shopping to be had at Southgate.

Locally, in Longwell Green (10 min drive) you have ample amenaties such as local supermarkets (Lidle, Aldi, Asda) and more commercial resturaunts (Nandos, Harvester).
Getting around
We recommend a car, as North Stoke is a country village with limited public transport. That being said, Uber does operate in the area; we're about a 10-15 minute drive from Bath train station.
